Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads.

Custom Digital Products

Custom and personalized digital products are also non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy with the custom product created for you.

If there is an issue with your custom product, please contact us with the requested changes. One (1) complimentary revision is included with your custom order. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

Download or File Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive an incorrect file, or discover that a file is damaged or inaccessible, please contact us at info@graceforwardconnections.com. We will gladly assist you in accessing the product you purchased.
